</div><div>Location: Field-Based (Client Homes & Businesses)<br>Schedule: Monday–Saturday (varies based on client needs)<br><br>
</div><div>Position Overview<br><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a motivated, professional Flooring Sales & Design Associate to join our team. This is a performance-driven role focused on in-home and on-site consultations, delivering customized flooring solutions, and managing projects from initial client interaction through completion.<br><br>
</div><div>This position is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while delivering a high-quality client experience.<br><br>
</div><div>Compensation<br><br>

<li>Competitive <strong>base pay plus performance-based commission</strong>

</ul><div>What You Will Do<br><br>
</div><div>Sales & Client Consultation<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess client needs</li>
<li>Guide clients through product selection including hardwood, carpet, tile, laminate, LVP, and more</li>
<li>Deliver accurate estimates and proposals using company systems</li>
<li>Follow a structured sales process to drive close rates</li>
</ul><div>Project Ownership & Execution<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage projects from sale through installation completion</li>
<li>Coordinate timelines with internal teams and installers</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of measurements, selections, and orders</li>
<li>Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the process</li>
</ul><div>Revenue Generation<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Meet or exceed individual sales goals</li>
<li>Build referral networks and maintain client relationships</li>
<li>Leverage company-provided and self-generated leads</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to increase project value and profitability</li>
</ul><div>What We Are Looking For<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Prior experience in in-home sales, flooring, or design consultation preferred</li>
<li>Proven ability to generate and close sales</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects</li>
<li>Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, tablets, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong communication and client relationship skills</li>
</ul><div>Travel & Work Environment<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Field-based role with travel within a 60-mile radius</li>
<li>Additional travel up to 35%, including occasional overnight travel (2–3 weeks per year)</li>
<li>Work performed in residential and commercial environments</li>
</ul><div>Physical Requirements<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Ability to travel to client locations regularly</li>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout job sites</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry product samples (typically up to 25 pounds)</li>
<li>Ability to navigate stairs, tight spaces, and varying environments</li>

<li>Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record</li>
<li>Must meet company insurance eligibility requirements</li>
<li>Ability to pass background and drug screening</li>
<li>Proof of insurance if using personal vehicle for business use</li>
