Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor associate, based in Chengalpattu. The primary responsibilities include assisting with daily floor operations, organizing inventory, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes. The role also involves coordinating with team members, managing communication, and striving to meet performance targets.
Role - Floor Associate
Location: Mahindra city, Chengalpattu
Key Responsibilities:
· Support inbound operations by handling and organising incoming materials efficiently.
· Perform pallet change activities to ensure smooth material flow.
· Execute the transfer of materials from pallets to conveyor systems as per process requirements.
· Ensure proper handling and movement of materials while following safety and operational guidelines.
· Execute inspection of transit materials, containers, and vehicles to ensure quality standards and process adherence.
Requirements:
· Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience.
· Education: ITI / Polytechnic / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
· Physical Fitness: Ability to handle shop floor activities and work in a fast-paced environment.
