**Job Title:** Associate Product Manager - Consumer Features
**Job Description:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the development and prioritization of consumer-facing product features and requirements.
* Conduct extensive user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behavior.
* Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
* Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to develop visually compelling and user-friendly product features.
* Support marketing teams in creating effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
* Coordinate product launches and work with marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
* Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and innovations.
**Qualifications:**
* 1-3 years of experience in Product or Design
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Arts, or Engineering (with some design experience)
* Has also done a PM course to understand fundamentals
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to empathize with users and understand their behavior and needs.
* Great visual design sense with experience in design thinking methodologies.
* Experience in product management, product development, design, or related fields is preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in consumer-focused products and user experience design.
* Familiarity with user research methodologies and data analysis.
* Experience working closely with marketing teams on campaigns and product launches.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
