Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontline Manager (FLM) at Shriram Life Insurance, located in Chennai. The FLM will oversee day-to-day team operations, set sales targets, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales professionals, monitoring sales performance, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Team management and leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and mentor sales teams
- Strong sales and marketing skills, including experience in customer acquisition and achieving sales targets
- Capability to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Chennai and manage daily team operations
- Prior experience in sales management or a related role is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
