As a Regulatory Affairs Intern at Flix, you can make an impact by being part of a team that handles all the authorizations required to correctly operate all national and international lines for the next season.

About The Role

• You will support the Authorization team to obtain the final authorization for each bus lines in collaboration with our Network Planning, Business Development, Bus Station and Operation team
• You will work and communicate with the Authorization managers to handle all the applications to authorize national and international lines
• You will prepare the required documentation and take care of data-entry and delivery of docs
• You will work on timetable, maps, drive and rest schedules of our lines to deliver a compliant product according to the regulation (both domestic and European)
  
  

About You

• Enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) or recent graduate in Business Administration, Political Science, International Relations or related studies
• Analytical skills, high accuracy and precision attitude
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly motivated to achieve results with an entrepreneurial drive to independently develop our business, complemented by a reliable and responsible working style
• Fluent Italian and English, any other European language is a plus
• A strong desire to learn and actively collaborate in a dynamic, young and enthusiastic team
• Motivation, precision and dedication are key characteristics
• Understanding workplace dynamics and being open to providing suggestions for improvement
