Commercial Analyst (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Commercial Analyst/Market Development Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

About The Role

• Monitor and analyze regional performance, competitor behavior, demand patterns, and line performance to optimize business decisions
• Own fare management by defining regional settings, fallback logic, and ensuring proper implementation across the perimeter
• Support commercial activities including promotions, marketing, sales initiatives, and A/B testing, aligning with market strategy
• Develop country-specific plans, building campaign calendars for digital outreach and creating briefings for marketing & sales channels with budget insights
• Identify customer and product flow potential, assessing market trends, social discounts, special products, and willingness to pay for strategic pricing
• Collect e-commerce needs, build business cases, pitch proposals, and deliver ad-hoc reports and analyses to support decision-making
• Lead or contribute as a project manager on specific initiatives, staying informed on market news, competitor shifts, and industry updates
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Economy, Finance, Mathematics, Actuary or similar
• 2-3 years in similar role; Revenue Management or Commercial Development
• Strong analytical skills
• Passion for profit optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English
