About the role
The Clickstream Solution Team at Flipkart is the COE for managing all Digital Analytics implementations at Flipkart. Data driven decision making is at the core of Flipkart, hence all new features and initiatives must make sure to generate quality data that is best designed from implementation, ingestion and consumption point of view. We as a team, work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to understand their use cases and then work with the Engineering partners in getting the best Analytical solution implemented.
About the role:
You work closely with different Product teams and collect the business requirements. You will understand user flows from wireframes, define success metrics for the feature and create functional tracking requirements for adobe analytics.
You will work with engineering to implement the requirements, validate and debug the tracking post implementation.
You will build deeper understanding of the client & server systems and work with engineers to implement the tracking in most optimal manner that is scalable & resource efficient.
You along with engineering team will build systems for automating test cases and tracking validations
You will create reports and dashboards for the new features to measure performance.
You will standardize key reports and segments within Adobe analytics, and drive usage of admin segments & reports.
You will design sampling strategy to limit the cost of adobe analytics tracking, and review them time to time for biases
You will maintain report suite & variable configuration and document the tracking solutions and variable definitions across platforms.
You will identify gaps in current tracking strategy & improve them further leveraging features like event serialization, classifications, customer attributes, data sources & insertion APIs
You will evaluate the benefits of new analytical features like Anomaly detection, Contribution Analysis, and push their adoption across Flipkart.
You will work with Flipkart data platform and engineering team in developing a unified tracking strategy for Impression & Clickstream data
