KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat support in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with order-related queries, including tracking, cancellations, refunds, and returns. Provide accurate information about Flipkarts products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain records in the customer support system. Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Stay updated with Flipkarts new products, services, and promotional offers. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduates preferred). Proficiency in English and any additional regional language is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. EXPERIENCE Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory. WORKING HOURS Full-time and part-time positions are available.
