You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining Flipkarts high service standards. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, product information, and general queries. Resolve complaints by providing accurate information and following Flipkarts service guidelines. Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the relevant department. Maintain a positive and helpful tone while ensuring customer satisfaction. Adhere to performance metrics, including response time, quality, and service efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems. Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding service. Ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult situations. Experience Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or e-commerce support will be an added advantage. Working Hours Full-Time: 8 hours per day, 5–6 days a week. Part-Time: Flexible shifts of 4–5 hours per day. Rotational shifts may apply, including weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.
