Job SummaryFlipkart is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team in a work-from-home capacity. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Flipkart customers, providing exceptional assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer concerns related to orders, payments, refunds, and product inquiries. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while assisting customers. Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system for future reference. Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with different departments to escalate complex issues when necessary. Meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates. Stay updated on Flipkarts products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and customer service best practices. Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions efficiently. Familiarity with using computers, CRM software, and online tools. Good listening skills and a customer-first mindset. Experience Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service or a call center is an advantage. Experience in e-commerce or retail customer support will be a plus. Working Hours Flexible shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts. Weekends and holiday shifts may be required based on business needs. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Multitasking capabilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently. Adaptability to changing business requirements and customer demands.
