Drive Inventory Planning across Perishable categories for Hyperlocal Supply chain -Planning inventory at city level as per inventory carrying norms & shelf life - Planning milk run distribution across dark stores in the city for all perishable categories across frozen, Ambient and Dry Supply chains and ensure nuances of each are incorporated - Drive Instock at Dark store level as per defined target and Minimize wastage and liquidation cost as per Industry standards. Co-ordinate with business and demand planning teams to finalize Month, Week, Day level demand plans along with event / festive plans.
