About the role

The Applications Analyst is responsible for the administration and ongoing support of a range of business systems for the Flinders Port Holdings Group. The role provides support services for a range of business applications and systems and delivers high levels of customer service to internal stakeholders to ensure business systems are well supported within the group. The Applications Analyst may be heavily involved in the design and implementation of new applications. Key Responsibilities Administer, support, and maintain a variety of business applications and systems; Liaise with stakeholders to understand service expectations and gather business requirements for system enhancements and projects; Plan, prioritise, and document application upgrades, enhancements, and operational processes in line with group policies; Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of Disaster Recovery procedures; Create functional and technical specifications, and support system configuration and development; and Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to relevant IT policies and standards.
