Role Description The Flight Support Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day flight operations support for clients. This includes monitoring flight schedules, handling updates and changes, communicating with airlines and other aviation partners, and ensuring that all relevant information is accurately documented and shared. The role involves reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, preparing reports and summaries for internal teams and clients, and responding promptly to inquiries or issues related to flight arrangements. The Flight Support Executive will collaborate closely with team members to streamline processes, maintain service quality, and uphold high standards of operational reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple flight-related tasks concurrently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling time-sensitive data and documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, airlines, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with common office and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling platforms, communication software).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and performance expectations.
