Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flight Specialist located in Rohini. Responsibilities include managing flight bookings, coordinating with airlines, ensuring accuracy in ticketing, and providing excellent customer service. The Flight Specialist will collaborate with clients and team members to ensure seamless travel arrangements and address any travel-related inquiries or concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in flight ticketing, booking systems, and airline portals.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to handle client inquiries and provide travel solutions.
- Attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in airline reservations and managing itinerary changes.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple bookings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve travel-related issues and provide quick solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment and independently manage responsibilities.
- Prior experience in a travel or ticketing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred.
