Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Flight Sales Specialist, located in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing flight bookings and sales for the UK and US markets, analyzing market trends, and supporting operational processes. Key day-to-day tasks will include communicating with customers, handling inquiries, managing sales data, and coordinating with airlines to meet client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and sales data, demonstrating exceptional Analytical Skills
- Familiarity with flights, flight tests, and aircraft operations
- Experience with flight booking systems or customer service in aviation is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
