Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for the position of Flight Attendant. The Flight Attendant will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering exceptional customer service during flights. Core responsibilities include adhering to safety protocols, assisting passengers, performing pre-flight checks, offering first aid when necessary, and facilitating in-flight communication effectively. The role also involves collaborating with the aviation crew to ensure smooth operations throughout the flight journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Flight Attendant and Aviation industry standards and procedures
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the Aircraft crew and ensure safety protocols
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Certified training as a Flight Attendant or equivalent aviation certification
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours and ability to travel
