Lead a team of ~4 engineers, providing technical guidance and support Design, develop, and maintain high-performance distributed systems using Python and Django Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Architect and implement scalable solutions to handle large volumes of traffic Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Optimize backend systems for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide career development guidance Balance technical leadership and management duties with individual coding responsibilities
