Software Engineer

Build and maintain key pages like work view and workspace for Freight forwarding application. Build the web app for first party users and third-party partners to fulfill operation needs. Design, code, test, and debug the Forwarding Application. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure code reviews are performed using reviews and testing. Create and maintain technical documentation, and provide ongoing support and maintenance for features like real-time update, shipment list. Assist in software deployment, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards, and continuously improving development processes through proactive problem-solving and collaboration with the team. Work on both front end and back end to design, implement and maintain features from end to end, and to help the users when there is a need for change surfaces. Talk with users directly if needed to understand their requirements and pain points and to come up the solution to address their needs.
