FlexPLM Support Engineer
Location: Remote
Experience: 8+ Years Overall | 3–5 Years in PLM (Retail/Footwear)
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with FlexPLM (v11+)
- Knowledge of FlexConnect / TRC
- Understanding of Type Manager and FlexPLM data model
- Hands-on with Java, JavaScript, JSP, SQL, XML, JSON
- Experience with SOAP & REST integrations
- Strong Oracle SQL query optimization
Functional Expertise
- Line Sheet, BOM, Materials, and Sample Management
- Product development lifecycle in Retail/Footwear domain
Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and support FlexPLM modules
- Gather requirements, perform testing, and implement solutions
- Conduct business process mapping and analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide production support

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
