Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flexo Printing Machine Operator, located in Chennai. The role involves operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality printed packaging materials. Daily responsibilities include setting up and calibrating machines, ensuring proper alignment and ink distribution, and troubleshooting issues during production. The operator will also monitor product quality, adhere to safety standards, and perform periodic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and general understanding of Machinery
- Experience with Quality Control processes, ensuring product standards are met
- Knowledge of Hand Tools and their use in equipment setup and maintenance
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and other departments
- Attention to detail, ability to follow safety protocols, and a commitment to maintaining high production standards
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Technical diploma or vocational training in machinery or printing technology is advantageous
