Strategy Consultant – Investment (Client Hire)

Flexing It has partnered with Our client is looking for an experienced consultant to support in conducting deep market assessments, benchmarking, and competitive analyses to develop a compelling investment case for them.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of the data center landscape in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and evaluate key trends, drivers, and regulatory factors shaping the sector.
• Perform benchmarking and competitive analysis, including major players, business models, and capacity.
• Support in financial modeling and business case development based on market findings.
• Synthesize research and insights into a clear, structured investment case.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables.

• Expected Deliverables:
• Final Investment Report (~40 pages): A comprehensive document detailing market insights, competitive positioning, financial analysis, and recommendations.
• Presentation Deck (15–40 slides)

Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, investment analysis, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Middle East markets, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, research, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs within set timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
