Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading industrial chemicals manufacturer in India, is seeking a senior advisor to support their strategic initiatives in the foundry sector. The ideal candidate would be a former CEO or Technical Director of a large-scale foundry business in India, with a strong track record in operational leadership and sector expertise.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance on growth opportunities within the foundry industry.
• Share deep industry insights and best practices to inform key business decisions.
• Participate in advisory board discussions and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
• Offer input on improving operational efficiency, technology adoption, and market positioning.

Skills Required:

• Extensive experience as a CEO or Technical Director in a large foundry business in India.
• Deep knowledge of foundry operations, including production processes, quality control, and cost optimization.
• Strong grasp of market dynamics, supply chain, and customer segments within the foundry sector.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business strategy, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
• Experience in advisory or board-level roles will be an added advantage.
