Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking an experienced IT Due Diligence (IT DD) Consultant with a strong background in the wealth management, asset management, and trading domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in assessing technology landscapes during M&A or investment transactions

.Key Responsibilities

• :Lead and execute IT due diligence engagements across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT contracts
• .Evaluate technology capabilities, risks, and integration challenges specific to wealth and asset management firms
• .Identify and communicate key findings, red flags, and value creation opportunities to clients
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and investment advisors to deliver holistic insights

Skills Requir

• edProven experience in wealth/asset management and trading technology environment
• s.Prior experience conducting IT DDs, with focus on apps, infra, cyber, and contractual aspect
• s.Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skill
• s.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadline
