Flexing It has partnered with Our Client a management consulting firm is looking to engage with Senior Expert – Operating Model Transformation.


The consultant will collaborate with senior management to drive leadership alignment, develop and execute a communication strategy, coordinate activities across teams and stakeholders, and ensure the transformation is completed efficiently and on time.

Role & Responsibilities:

The consultant will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of the transformation by:

Collaborating with senior management to drive leadership alignment.

Developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy.

Coordinating activities across teams and stakeholders.

Overseeing change management, governance, knowledge, and talent management processes.

Ensuring timely and efficient completion of the transformation.


Skills Required

Must have:

  1. Senior with 15+ years of experience in org. structure and operating model transformation (design and implementation)
  2. Who has driven/ led implementation of similar programs in the past - including change management, communications, knowledge and talent management, governance etc
  3. Nice to have:
  4. Experience from Education/ Higher education/ Education admin space
  5. Management consulting experience
  6. Experience of working with MBB/Consultant/ Expert capacity
