Flexing It has partnered with Our Client, a multinational alcoholic beverage company is looking for a Project Manager- Brand Change Commercialization.
This role will be responsible for delivering a high-impact brand change commercialization, ensuring excellence in cost, quality, and timelines while driving strategic supply partnerships.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Brand Change
Deliver on cost, quality, and timeline commitments for brand changes.
Ensure business KPIs such as NSV (Net Sales Value), COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), GM (Gross Margin), and Timelines are achieved.
2. Supply Partnerships
Build strong partnerships with MAKE, MOVE, and SELL teams.
Focus on delivering service KPIs and ensuring alignment across the supply chain for smooth project execution.
Skills Required
- Expertise in managing end-to-end projects with a focus on timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of business KPIs such as NSV (Net Sales Value), COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and GM (Gross Margin).
- Ability to balance cost, quality, and timelines effectively.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and commercialization strategies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, packaging, and procurement processes.
