Flexing It has partnered with Our Client is a leading Management Consulting firm and are looking to engage with a Program Manager-

Key Responsibilities-

1-Lead and execute large-scale programs focused on sales transformation, digital product enablement, and growth acceleration in the automotive sector.

2-Implement and scale agile delivery processes tailored to fast-moving product and market dynamics.

3-Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.

4-Design and set up efficient delivery frameworks, program roadmaps, and reporting mechanisms to track outcomes.

5-Manage cross-functional teams including sales, product, IT, and operations, ensuring effective collaboration.

6-Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive iterative improvements.

7-Track and manage risks, dependencies, and KPIs with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

8-Present program status updates and insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Skills Required

1. 6–10 years of experience in program/project management within large enterprises or consulting roles.
2. Strong delivery background in agile environments, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing domain.
3. Experience in sales transformation or customer-facing program implementation.
4. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with a consultative and outcome-driven approach.
5. Strong problem-solving and process design capabilities.
