Freelance Product Manager - D2C (Client Hire)

Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.

Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading manufacturer of luggage bags, is looking for an Independent Consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities :

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and interpret key website metrics to inform strategic decisions

- UI/UX Optimization: Collaborate with design teams to suggest and implement user-centric

improvements

- A/B Testing: Design and oversee experiments to validate feature enhancements and user

flows.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and

technical teams to ensure cohesive product development.

Skills Required

• B.Tech in any discipline. MBA is preferred
• 3–5 years in product management preferably with E-Commerce or Retail sector
• Applications from women candidates returning to work after career break will be preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis, user experience principles, and agile methodologies
• A team player with proven ability to collaborate with functional and cross functional teams
• Strong communication skills, agility and commitment to drive success for the entire team
