Freelance Procurement Executive (Client Hire)

Flexing It has partnered with Our Client is a leading consulting firm and are looking to engage with a Procurement Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with factories and suppliers to resolve any material supply issues.
• Join regular planning calls to represent procurement and address connectivity challenges.
• Plan for imported raw materials to reduce the impact of market changes.
• Share weekly forecasts with suppliers for critical materials.
• Manage trader operations to ensure cost-effective raw material purchases.
• Plan weekly for key packaging materials like glass and cartons.
• Work with suppliers and factories to fix quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update reports (MIS) on RM & PM spending.
• Ensure all RM and PM contracts and financial supplier information (FSI) are updated on time.

Skills Required

• Prior experience in procurement operations, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong communication skills to work with both internal teams and external suppliers.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working.
