Freelance Portfolio Data Analyst (Client Hire)

Flexing It has partnered with Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is looking for a Portfolio Data Analyst who can be part of PMO team and support the Global team.

Key Responsibilities -

• Should be able to run reports from PPM on cash out/controllable actual vs forecast and publish monthly
• Should be able to Run Time Tracking data from PPM for Travel and expenses and work with respective teams to be compliant with time tracking.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure & maintain compliance on PPM data accuracy
• Manage and Maintain CDR tool for PMO headcount.
• Manage portfolio dashboards on CoA compliance, Program PSC dates etc
• Manage RTS dashboard for T&E
• Maintain Competency Mapping of T&E / PMO team.
• Track New process deployment status across R&D sites and Programs.
• Help & manage resource data, Travel exp for PMO team.

Skills Required:

• Should be able to understand PMO practices
• Should posses skills of building dashboards using Excel / Tableau / Power BI
• Should be able to work on tools like PPM or similar portfolio management tools.
• Should have good understanding of how to retrieve data from a tool and how to analyze to represent it for useful purpose.
