Flexing It has partnered with our client, a global professional firm is looking to engage with a Consultant Commercial Due Diligence with a strong background in consumer


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Commercial Due Diligence Execution – Lead and support end-to-end CDD processes, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and assessing the target company's growth potential and risks.
  2. Unit Economics & Financial Assessment – Conduct detailed unit economics evaluation, gross margin analysis, and long-term business plan projections (6-year horizon) to assess financial sustainability.
  3. Market & Consumer Insights – Gather and analyze consumer trends, demand drivers, and industry dynamics to validate key assumptions in the business plan.
  4. Stakeholder Management – Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and target company management, to gather insights and validate findings.
  5. Team Leadership & Execution – Manage and guide teams of CDD-trained professionals, ensuring high-quality output while working within tight deadlines across multiple projects.
  6. Strategic Recommendations – Synthesize insights into clear, data-driven recommendations to support investment decisions and strategic business planning.


Skills Required


1. Strong Financial & Analytical Acumen – Expertise in financial modeling, unit economics, gross margin analysis, and long-term business forecasting.

2. CDD & Market Research Expertise – Hands-on experience conducting commercial due diligence, industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and consumer insights assessment.

3. Strategic Problem-Solving – Ability to break down complex business problems, synthesize data, and develop actionable recommendations.

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication – Strong presentation skills and the ability to interact effectively with investors, senior executives, and cross-functional teams.

5. Project & Team Leadership – Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.

6. Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with the consumer sector, including trends, market dynamics, and key performance drivers in appliances and consumer goods.
