Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist

Key Responsibilities 1. Design and implement a comprehensive ESG framework aligned with the company mission and business goals. 2. Identify key ESG priorities and set measurable goals for each. 3. Collaborate with investors, regulators, and industry bodies to align on ESG expectations and initiatives. 4. Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and industry bodies, to communicate the company's ESG initiatives. 5. Ensure compliance with applicable ESG-related regulations and standards. 6. Assess and mitigate ESG-related risks across the organization. 7. Prepare ESG disclosures, sustainability reports, and investor decks, highlighting the company's ESG performance. 8. Develop and maintain ESG data collection processes and systems. Requirements - Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required. - Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levels. - Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs. - Ability to motivate and develop a strong team.
