What you will work on:
● Assist the Board to implement the compliance policy
● Identify the compliance risk
● Monitor & test compliance of regulatory/supervisor direction given by performing compliance testing
● Compliance with other regulatory too
● Constitution of a Compliance Department
● Preparing manual and policies as per the RBI mandate
● Preparing response with respect to any RBI query.

● Possess good interpersonal skills and maintain cordial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
● Should be professionals of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete their duties, keeping in mind
the objectives of the business.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Outstanding drafting skills and strong negotiation skills
Qualification and Experience:
● 10+ years of relevant experience in NBFC and Lending space
● Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a reputed institute with a good academic record
● Possess relevant secretarial experience, preferably in with a lending company or in the NBFC/BFSI sector
● Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws including Companies Act, RBI compliance, etc.
