Roles and Responsibilities:

• Flexera FNMS operational experience 3+ years’ experience.
• SQL DB knowledge and SQL.
• General Windows & Linux OS knowledge.
• Understanding of the different technologies used for technical inventories: SCCM, VCenter, SaaS solutions, Intune, Oracle.
• Basic knowledge of business license management.
• Knowledge FlexeraONE
• Basic knowledge PowerBi.
• Overall responsible for data quality from the different received inventories.
• Responsible that all inventories keep running and follow up incidents.
• Be the SPOC for the customer for any questions.
• Be the main contact for vendor Flexera for technical issues/challenges/questions.
• Responsible for development for enhancements and changes.
• Test responsible for enhancements and changes.
• Responsible that the different interfaces keep running.
• Suggests improvement for operation that for example improves data quality and efficiency.
