Job Description:
3+ years of experience administering Flexera One or similar ITAM tools (FlexNet
Manager, Snow, ServiceNow SAM Pro)
Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset
Management (SAM) principles
Hands‑on experience with software licensing models (perpetual, subscription,
SaaS)
Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud cost
optimization
Knowledge of Flexera agents, beacons, inventory, and integrations
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
Familiarity with APIs, PowerShell, or Python for automation (preferred)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Key
Responsibilities*
Administer, configure, and support the Flexera One platform on a daily basis
Monitor system health, performance, data accuracy, and resolve platform issues
Manage Flexera agents and beacons, including deployment, upgrades, and
monitoring
Configure and maintain integrations with ServiceNow, SCCM, Active Directory,
AWS, Azure, and GCP
Ensure data integrity through cleansing, normalization, and reconciliation
Manage software entitlements, contracts, renewals, and ELP (Effective License
Position)
Support vendor audits (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, SAP) using Flexera
reporting
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for compliance and cost
optimization
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and business teams
Work with Flexera Support for issue resolution, escalations, and upgrades
Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
IT Asset Management / Software Asset Management
You will work on secure, scalable systems to manage software, cloud, and SaaS
assets across the enterprise.

Education
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent (can be marked optional or
flexible)
Certifications Flexera One Certified Administrator, ITIL v4, CSAM, FinOps Certified Practitioner
