Important – Part of Our Hiring Process

As part of our commitment to thoughtful hiring and employee development, we use a tool called Culture Index. The survey takes approximately 5 minutes and helps us better understand individual work styles, communication preferences, and how people tend to be most successful in their roles.

There are no right or wrong answers. We simply ask that you respond honestly and instinctively.

Please note: On the word‑selection portion of the survey, be sure to select at least 25 words. Selecting fewer than 25 will result in an incomplete submission, and we will not receive your results.

Completion of the Culture Index survey is required to be considered for this opportunity.
