Salary Range
$30–$35/hr, dependent on experience level.
Position Summary
FlexTG is seeking a skilled and reliable Onsite Service Technician to support a dedicated client location. In this role, you will manage a full workload while ensuring the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office equipment.
You’ll play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through hands-on technical expertise and strong service relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of office equipment in a timely and efficient manner
- Maximize equipment uptime through effective troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Engage with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and service quality
- Manage time effectively across multiple service needs and priorities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and basic networking issues
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams regarding service updates
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience maintaining and repairing office equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts
- Computer and analytical skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (pulling, lifting, reaching, transporting equipment)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Canon production equipment and HP devices
- Experience in an onsite or customer-facing technical role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full workload independently
