Role Description The Flex PLM Developer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Flex PLM solutions to support product development and lifecycle management. Day-to-day activities include developing and customizing modules, writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting application issues, and optimizing system performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure successful deployment and support of PLM features. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with stakeholders, documentation of technical work, and adherence to best practices in software development and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Flex PLM configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills and experience in core Software Development practices.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Java development for enterprise applications and system integrations.
- Candidates should possess relevant experience with ActionScript or related scripting technologies used in UI or workflow customization.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, debugging skills, and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and business teams.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with PLM systems in retail, apparel, or consumer brands, and knowledge of SDLC, testing, and documentation best practices, would be beneficial.
