Engineering Manager, Core

Fleetio is looking for an Engineering Manager to focus on the Core areas of our web application. In this role, you will be one of the leaders for our Core Team, overseeing the foundational frameworks and feature sets that other teams utilize and build on top of. These areas include User Management, Roles & Record Sets, Authentication, Documents, Notifications, Dashboards, and Imports & Exports. This team forms the backbone of our application, ensuring a seamless user experience and laying the groundwork for future feature enhancements. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions for our web platform. You will influence the following areas: engineering leadership, technical strategy, code quality and performance, and mentorship. You will collaborate closely with fellow engineering leaders, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality releases. You will develop our engineering talent and grow their careers at Fleetio!
