Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage LTO operations, vendor
partnerships, and fleet expansion. The role involves driving driver conversions, sourcing new
vendors, optimizing costs, and ensuring smooth fleet deployment while maintaining high operational
standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. LTO Program Management: Understand and market the LTO scheme
2. Convert high-performing drivers into LTO: Source new LTO drivers from open market
3. Scheme Improvement: Work with management to enhance LTO scheme using driver feedback
3. Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding: Source and onboard vendors (target: 25+ vehicles)
4. Vendor Lifecycle Management: Manage vendors and act as SPOC/KAM
5. Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate rates and manage contracts
6. Cost Optimization: Optimize vendor and operational costs
7. Fleet Development & Deployment: Support fleet purchase and deploy vehicles on Uber Black
8. Quality & Compliance: Maintain high quality standards for vehicles and drivers.
