Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fleet Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Fleet Supervisor will oversee daily fleet operations, including monitoring vehicle maintenance and scheduling, managing drivers, ensuring compliance with operational policies, and optimizing delivery routes. This role will involve coordinating with logistics teams to ensure seamless and efficient distribution in line with operational goals, as well as tracking performance metrics and addressing issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in fleet management operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and route optimization.
- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide drivers and support staff.
- Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and tracking performance metrics related to fleet and logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and vehicle compliance protocols.
- Proficiency in using logistics software or fleet management tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
