Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Partner located in Ahmedabad. The Fleet Partner will be responsible for managing daily operations related to transportation and logistics, coordinating with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries, and maintaining fleet documentation and compliance. Other responsibilities include monitoring vehicle performance, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, and resolving operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and operational management skills for fleet coordination and logistics planning
- Proficiency in communication and problem-solving to address real-time challenges effectively
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, vehicle compliance, and maintenance schedules
- Basic understanding of route planning and use of logistics technology/tools is advantageous
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
