Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Operations Manager, based in Noida. The Fleet Operations Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, ensure optimal vehicle utilization, manage maintenance schedules, and analyze operational performance. The role also involves supervising the fleet team, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory policies, and driving efficiencies in last-mile delivery operations. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold high service standards is a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
- Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to ensure efficiency and problem-solving
- Effective Supervisory Skills to lead teams and oversee vehicle dispatch and maintenance
- Knowledge of logistics technology and software platforms is an advantage
- Familiarity with electric vehicle operations or experience in sustainability-focused logistics is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
