Are you an experienced operations leader ready to drive large-scale fleet performance in the fast-growing EV ecosystem?

SparkRide Mobility Ltd is looking for a results-driven *Fleet Operations Manager* to take complete ownership of our Mumbai fleet operations and lead high-impact execution on the ground.

🔧 *About the Role:*

As the Fleet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of fleet performance across Mumbai. From asset deployment and uptime to compliance, recovery, and cost control — you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and business efficiency.

🚗 *Key Responsibilities:*

* *Fleet Operations & Asset Management:* Oversee complete fleet lifecycle including deployment, utilization, tracking, and recovery

* *Performance Management:* Drive KPIs like utilization, uptime, revenue realization, and cost efficiency

* *Operations Control:* Identify gaps, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure SOP adherence across hubs and teams

* *Team Leadership:* Manage and mentor large field teams including hub managers, technicians, and executives

* *Vendor Management:* Handle service partners and logistics vendors with defined SLAs

* *Compliance & Audits:* Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and internal policies

* *Financial Oversight:* Support collections, minimize revenue leakage, and optimize costs

* *Stakeholder Management:* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless operations

👤 *Who You Are:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or Business Administration

* 8–12 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, mobility, or asset-heavy businesses

* 4–5 years in leadership roles managing large teams and multi-location operations

* Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

* Hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

* Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management are a plus
