Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Operation Manager based in Mumbai. The Fleet Operation Manager will oversee day-to-day fleet operations, manage the dispatch and maintenance of vehicles, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include coordinating with drivers, analyzing operational performance data, addressing any logistical challenges, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Expertise in Operations Management and demonstrated problem-solving abilities for logistical challenges
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data and improving operational efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with compliance standards and practices related to fleet management
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
