Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Manager based in Vijayawada Rural. The Fleet Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the vehicle fleet, schedule and coordinate driver assignments, monitor and improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing fuel usage, tracking vehicle performance, handling maintenance needs, liaising with vendors and clients for fleet requirements, and implementing cost-effective strategies to optimize logistics services.


Qualifications

  • Fleet Management, Operations Coordination, and Vehicle Maintenance experience
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and Route Optimization
  • Knowledge of GPS and fleet tracking systems
  • Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
  • Data Analytics and Budget Management expertise
  • Problem-solving proficiency and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Understanding of local regulations and compliance standards related to logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the urban logistics industry is an advantage
