Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Manager based in Bengaluru. The Fleet Manager will oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining high performance standards. Responsibilities include managing fleet operations, tracking vehicle maintenance schedules, optimizing operational efficiency, and analyzing fleet data. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing budgets, and coordinating with drivers and other team members to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance standards
- Proven experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
- Expertise in Operations Management and efficiency optimization
- Strong Analytical Skills for performance tracking and decision-making
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in managing budgets and cost control in fleet operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in fleet management software is a plus
