Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fleet Manager role based in Jaipur. The Fleet Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and efficient operation of the company’s fleet. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, monitoring vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, and optimizing cost efficiency. The role also involves supervising drivers, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while adhering to client requirements and company standards.
Qualifications
- Fleet management, transportation logistics, and vehicle maintenance expertise
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in using technology for fleet tracking and route optimization
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing large teams and handling operational challenges
- Proficiency in time management and cost control strategies
