Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Fleet Manager will oversee day-to-day fleet operations, ensure compliance with regulations, optimize vehicle utilization, and manage maintenance schedules. This role involves supervising drivers, coordinating vehicle dispatching, and analyzing operational data to improve delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The individual will actively work to maintain high standards of service and ensure the seamless operation of our EV fleet.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Fleet Management and Fleet Operations processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in Operations Management and Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of and compliance with DOT Regulations
- Strong experience in mass driver hiring
- Exposure to EV ecosystem / last-mile delivery
- Hustler mindset with ability to scale operations fast
- Experience in planning and optimising vehicle utilisation to maximize efficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Prior experience in EV fleet management or logistics.
