Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Haveli for a Fleet Manager and Hiring Manager. Responsibilities include managing daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant DOT regulations, overseeing fleet maintenance, and optimizing resource utilization. The role also involves hiring and onboarding qualified drivers, monitoring team performance, and implementing effective operations management strategies to improve efficiency and optimize costs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management, including resource allocation and vehicle utilization.
- Understanding of DOT Regulations and experience ensuring compliance.
- Strong skills in Operations Management to streamline logistics processes and optimize efficiency.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.
- Commitment to sustainability and an understanding of the EV logistics landscape is a plus.
