Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Manager and Hiring Manager based in Haveli. The role involves overseeing daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and optimizing fleet management processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The position also includes recruiting, onboarding, and managing drivers and operational staff, along with continuous analysis of operational metrics to enhance overall performance. The successful candidate will lead initiatives that align with EV BLUE’s mission of providing sustainable logistics solutions.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Fleet Management and Fleet Operations to handle day-to-day vehicle logistics.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and ability to optimize resources effectively.
- Familiarity with DOT Regulations to ensure legal compliance in fleet activities.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance, forecast demands, and implement process improvements.
- Experience in team leadership and hiring, including recruiting, training, and managing staff.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with EVs and sustainable practices is a plus.
